The beauty & power of the ocean
This creative retreat will encourage you to surround yourself and draw upon the beauty and power of the ocean. A retreat to find, explore and renew your creativity and discover new possibilities for your life, work, and/or business. A week to be uplifted and encouraged by like-minded people.
This retreat is about discovering and immersing yourself in nature and art and finding your voice through creativity. It’s based on three pillars: creativity, ocean, and empowerment.
Creativity
Everybody is creative, although sometimes we forget. Some of us have negative memories of a school teacher who said you couldn’t draw, a parent who told you not to make a mess with paint or play your music loudly.
Reconnecting with creativity brings joy, pleasure, insights, energy, proactivity, and reflection. It can influence your life, well-being, family life, job or business. Creativity is everywhere and in everyone, whether it is with paint, photography, words, thinking, writing, or your attitude. We are meant to create.
Ocean
The sea and ocean have been ongoing inspiration for so many people – scientists, writers, artists and those seeking solace or peace. The blue ocean offers us an endless source of well-being and gives us countless benefits for the body, mind, and soul.
You will have time to spend with, in, and around the ocean. Let your heart and soul be filled with the beauty, rhythm of ebb and flow, sunrises and sunsets, refreshing water, and wonderful seascapes.
Empowerment
Empowerment means creating a life that suits you, exploring your own freedom and taking responsibility to live your own life. No-one else can do this for you.
Using your creative power is an act of leadership. No-one can create like you can, whatever the form or materials you use. Knowing what you love to do and what fills you with joy helps you create more of those moments and experiences. It can light up your life, give you a feeling of freedom, and unexpected miracles.
Using your creative power is an act of leadership. No-one can create like you can, whatever the form or materials you use.

What the days will look like
During this retreat, we will offer creative activities, which might be in a group, smaller roups or individually. We will start with breakfast before heading outdoors for walks, outdoor sketching, photography, or writing, depending on weather.
There is always room for you to make your own choices as to whether you want to join group activities. To retreat and to be creative, we all need time and space, and that is what this week is all about. Embracing the beautiful landscapes and drawing inspiration from them and having the time to allow your creativity through. Therefore you can partake as much or as little as you like.
We will usually have lunch in a cafe, but if we want to spend time indoors, we can return to the accommodation and the pool, spa and outdoor swimming area.
Dinner is optional and will be discussed as a group as to where to go or whether to eat in.
